Anything and everything regarding the life of Erin Andrews seems to be making headlines these days. Whether she is taking balls off her chin, or scarfing down pulled-pork sandwiches, she seemingly can't escape the public eye. Even when she is in the privacy of her own hotel room.

This story came to us from Deadspin, after they reported that the website NSFW POA had posted videos of what they claim to be "a hot naked blonde doing some ironing and curling her hair in her hotel room." They also went on to state that the person who sent them the tip labeled it "Sexy and hot blonde sports celebrity shows us her all."

Although it does not state Erin Andrews' name anywhere, the lawyers at ESPN still took immediate action. Deadspin posted the following letter, which was written by ESPN's attorney David Pahl, to blog proprietor Doug Sheckler:

I am the General Counsel of ESPN, Inc. It has come to my attention that you have posted on your site pictures of a young, blonde woman at http://www.nsfwpoa.com/2009/07/hot-naked-blonde-who-looks-lot-like.html. These pictures were obviously taken through a peephole or otherwise in a fashion constituting a trespass/assault on the rights of the woman involved. Your continued posting of these pictures are highly likely to render you an accessory after the fact to a criminal act. We hereby demand that you (i) immediately remove these pictures from your site and (ii) disclose to us the source of the pictures. We intend to hold you fully responsible for further display of material that so obviously violates the law.

Please confirm by return e-mail that you intend to comply with these demands. In the absence of such confirmation we will assume you are an active and willing participant in these acts.

The post has since been removed, but the source remains in question. What is also still up in the air is the identity of the woman. Was it in fact Erin Andrews? While that has yet to be confirmed, you have to wonder why ESPN took such action against the vids. Maybe they should consider substituting the "Erin Andrews Butt Cam" with the "Erin Andrews Peep Hole Cam"

We call too much. We don't call enough. We wear sandals to expensive restaraunts, laugh too hard at jokes that aren't funny, text or talk on the cellphone during dinner, and commit countless other dating crimes, mostly without even realizing we are doing it. Bad dating behavior is unfortunately a rampant affliction. We are here to try to give some common sense advice to cure this problem.

If dating is one big game, then just like any other game, there are rules. You need to research, learn, and practice. After all, you wouldn't bring a tennis racket onto a football field, would you? While none of these do's and don'ts are set in stone, we attempt to give you an idiot-proof playbook for the fast-paced, exhilarating, full-contact sport of dating.

Dating Rules - Do's
1. Do try to enjoy yourself on the date. We know that dating can be a nervous and/or scary ordeal, but keep in mind that this is supposed to be fun.

First, most of it is VERY general. If you're like most guys, you'll scratch your head when you try to imagine what guys at the bar are "being themselves" and which are trying to be "someone else."

But second, these are not the things that make a woman horny. They're what a woman looks for in a pet that they would lead around on a leash. And after a woman accepts all your gifts and compliments, she will eventually stop answering your calls, and months later you will see her walking on the arm of the prototypical "douchebag" that has beat you to the punch once again.

Sure, I'm generalizing A LOT.

But at the same time, I know it's true... because that used to be me.

So when I heard about GuyGetsGirl, an entire book written by a woman, don't blame me for judging it harshly based solely upon my first impression.

But my friend wasn't dissuaded...

Him: "I knew you'd say that! But I really want you to check out GuyGetsGirl. Trust me, this isn't your average girl next door. First off, she's VERY HOT, and although that sounds pointless, it shows me that she's been hit on OVER and OVER again in her life, and she knows what works and what DOESN'T...

Second, she's an award-winning author who's been writing about dating for most of her life... and she finally put all her thoughts down in ONE PLACE."

I didn't want to be rude to my friend, so I told him I'd think about checking it out, and got off the phone... with little intention of ever reading another dreaded seduction e-Book.

But I'll admit one more thing. I'm also a bit of a wimp.
